Mr Udugama started his career as an Executive at the G.O.B.U. Colombo Commercial Co.(Engineers), one of the most reputed Engineering organisations in the country.

He has experience in both private and public sector organisations, and as a management consultant with managerial experience spanning over 30 years until he retired as the General Manager of the Employees Trust Fund Board (ETFB) of Sri Lanka.

With his qualifications, experience and exposure gained both locally and internationally, this organisation was established to provide locals and foreign investors with a hassle free, and customised property management service with the best returns, as a trusted partner.

After starting his career in the Urban Authorities during the late 1970’s, Mr. Gunadasa consecutively held the positions of Valuation Officer, Planning Officer, Town Planner, Assistant Director, Deputy Director and Director of Planning. During his years of service, he was one of the provincial team leaders who prepared project financial feasibility reports for the Urban Development Activities. He brings his expertise in valuation, planning and project financial feasibility to the team at Pinnacle Properties.

Mr Gunaratne leads Pinnacle Groups inward investment initiatives from overseas investors. Mr Gunaratne has been involved in international trade for over a decade with businesses based in Australia, New Zealand, India, and Vietnam and brings a wealth of experience in investment strategy, capital markets and international asset management.

Mr. Siriwardena’s experience in the field of property development and management spans over 30 years. During his time as the Director (Enforcement) of the Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka, he designed, implemented, and managed several national-level projects for both the UDA as well as the BOI.

His body of work as a private consultant includes government projects such as the Colombo Parking Plan development, he also consulted on projects for private companies including Colombo Courtyard Pvt. Ltd.

Currently he is extending his service to the larger community by providing enduring solutions to asset management with novel approaches and service through Pinnacle Properties.
